<div>Your GSC ID benefits cards will be included in your Welcome Kit. Generally speaking, you&rsquo;ll receive it within seven business days. It will be delivered by Canada Post in a large GSC envelope.</div>

<h3>What does my Welcome Kit include?</h3>

<div>Your Welcome Kit includes your GSC ID benefits cards, contract, schedule of benefits, a claims form and some general info we know will be helpful &ndash; like how to make a claim online and sign up for direct deposit so you don&rsquo;t have to wait for claims cheques to arrive in the mail.</div>

<h3>When are payments due?</h3>

<div>Your first payment for one month&rsquo;s premium will be taken when your application is approved.</div>
<p>The next payment (for one month&rsquo;s premium) will be taken on or about your coverage effective date (depending on the day of the week the first of the month falls). <strong>This ensures your payments (and benefits!) are secure a month in advance</strong>.</p>
<p>Subsequent payments are taken on or around the first of every month.</p>

<h3>What if I need treatment before I receive my Welcome Kit?</h3>

<div>If you need treatment after your effective date and before your Welcome Kit arrives in the mail, we&rsquo;d suggest that you pay for the service and ensure you get a receipt that outlines the details and expenses. When you receive your Welcome Kit, it will include a claim form. You can complete and send it to GSC, along with the receipts. You&rsquo;ll be reimbursed for the expenses eligible under your plan. If you want to get reimbursed faster, we encourage you to sign up for our secure self-serve website where you can submit claims and sign up for direct deposit.</div>

<div>With GSC plans, you can do a lot online. Once you receive your Welcome Kit, register for <em>GSC everywhere</em> online services and you can submit claims online, sign up for direct deposit (no more waiting for cheques to arrive in the mail), check your coverage eligibility, find providers who submit electronically to GSC (so you don&rsquo;t have to), and much more&hellip; Visit <a href="https://gsceverywhere.ca/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.gsceverywhere.ca</a> to get started.</div>

<h3>What can I do on mobile?</h3>

<div>Download the free <em>GSC everywhere</em><sup>&nbsp;</sup>mobile app and you&rsquo;ll get access to your benefits from... everywhere. Here are some of the app features: show your GSC ID benefits card electronically, submit claims right from your mobile device, find and get directions to providers who submit claims electronically directly to GSC (so you don&rsquo;t have to), check your coverage and eligibility, and access the Change4Life<sup>&reg;</sup> portal, which offers health tips, trackers and a chance to earn points you can use to win great rewards.</div>
